She stands on the edge of the cliff

Her arms spread open wide

Her wings flutter on the soft wind

And you can tell she's about to die

I'm running towards her faster

Why can't i be any stronger?

I reach my hands out to try and stop her

She falls...

An Angel's drifting faster

To the end of the earth below her

And i'm trying so ahrd to catch her

And the i feel it

Her hand slips into mine

I pull her closer to me

Feel my skin tear and rip apart

I keep my scream within me

I feel my own wings spread

I'm hovering in starlight

Holding my precious Angel

My necklace falls upon her

I see her face grow pale

I cry above her silently

Stubbornly refusing to let her hear

The liquid falls onto her cheek

and i whisper to her softly

[i told you i would catch you]


she opens her eyes and smiles

"i told you i believed you"
